Committed to hiring staff who possess a genuine desire to make a difference to the lives of others, we currently have an exciting opportunity for a Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our supportive and engaging People & Culture Team! The P&C team acts as a valued and trusted partner to its managers and staff and supports SVA’s three business units (e.g. Consulting, Impact Investing, and Programs & Ventures) and our Policy and Advocacy, Marketing and Communications, Partnerships and Connect teams to ensure SVA’s work is consistently and professionally communicated.
The position
We have an exciting opportunity for a Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our People & Culture team in a full-time maximum-term capacity (until end of Dec 2021). Reporting to the Director, People & Culture and partnering cross organisationally with business unit leads and hiring managers, the Talent Acquisition Specialist provides full-life cycle recruitment services in support of SVA’s strategy. As a trusted expert providing recruitment advice and support, you will source quality talent, drive best practice and innovative approaches while strategically engaging top talent through the SVA recruitment experience.
Who you are
If you are someone who has initiative in abundance and has a strong background in recruiting mid to senior management roles in complex environments, then this is the role for you! Known for being responsive, approachable, empathetic, and service oriented, you will confidently build connections with our business unit leaders and hiring managers to drive best practice recruitment and great talent management outcomes. Applied market and sector knowledge (e.g., social sector, management consulting, impact investing to develop tailored talent and recruitment strategies will see you be successful in this role.
