About the Role
Take pride in coordinating the end to end administration of this agricultural audit and compliance program, acting as the key point of contact for all program-related enquiries. Reporting directly to the Program Manager and with ongoing leadership and support from an experienced Administration Manager, you will work closely with a wider team of like-minded professionals to deliver superior customer service and administration support to a variety of stakeholders within the sector.
Duties & Responsibilities
- Liaise with national customers via telephone and email to assist with scheduling, providing updates and information on programs and ensure a high level of customer service at all times
- Data entry and database management
- Assist with compiling and review of audit reporting
- Liaise with auditors to determine availability and schedule audits
- Identify and communicate improvement opportunities to processes or systems where appropriate
- Effectively manage workflow and provide support to Program Managers to ensure audits and subsequent processes are completed in time and to standard
Skills & Experience required
- Demonstrated administration and customer service experience within a dynamic and fast-paced work environment
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills and the ability to engage professionally with staff, clients and other stakeholders
- Adaptable and positive attitude towards ongoing changes to systems, processes and culture
- Excellent attention to detail – you will be working in an audit and compliance environment so accuracy is of the utmost importance
- The ability to remain calm whilst working under pressure and with demanding workload
- Someone who is capable of working with minimal direction
