With a history dating back more than 70 years, coupled with a reputation as a contemporary national leader in high quality disability support services, Scope is seeking to appoint a collaborative Chief Executive Officer (CEO), to lead the organisation’s next phase of growth.
Reporting to a dedicated Board, the CEO will lead a diverse and enthusiastic team and drive a people focused culture of quality and innovation, underpinned by authenticity and integrity. In an era of person-centred support, the CEO will continue championing a focus of meeting the future needs of customers.
With proven CEO or senior executive experience delivering high-quality human services in a complex environment, success requires a record of leadership in strategic and operational excellence achieved in organisations where quality, safety, wellbeing, and people are paramount.
As a highly self-aware and empathetic individual with exceptional interpersonal skills, you will continue fostering a collaborative culture, building on positive stakeholder relationships and have a reputation for integrity and consistent delivery in an environment of strong governance.
Relevant tertiary and/or post graduate qualifications are expected.
