About the Role

You will be responsible for assisting the Data & Analytics Team Lead to conceptualise problems, acquire information, document data and business processes, build business intelligence tools and draw meaningful insights from data through considered data analysis. You will have the opportunity to learn and develop under leaders with decades of experience in the fields of data engineering, business intelligence, and data analytics.

 

About You

The successful candidate will ideally have the following skills, knowledge and experience:

  • Knowledge of data modelling, data warehousing and database design principles
  • Foundational understanding of database and data warehouse architecture and design
  • Understanding of ETL and ETL processes and tools
  • Experience with or understanding of Microsoft SQL Server or equivalent
  • SQL programming knowledge or experience with at least one programming language
  • Experience in analysing different type of datasets and generating insightful information
  • Knowledge of, or experience with business intelligence and data visualisation tools (Power BI, Tableau or Qlik)
  • Attention to detail, maintaining high accuracy and timeliness in a fast-paced environment
  • Experience in analysing different type of datasets and generating insightful information
