About the role
The Uniting Church in Australia, Synod of Victoria and Tasmania, has an exciting opportunity available for an outstanding administrator to join our team as the UCA Resources & Administration Officer.
Work in a team with a supportive hands-on manager and a culture of ongoing development.
In this role, you will work as part of a small team to provide excellent reception and administrative services for our Parkville office, a beautiful location with leafy green surrounds.
You will be a welcoming presence on the reception desk greeting visitors, managing room and car bookings, answering queries, and providing information about daily events.
In addition to reception services, the UCA Resources & Administration Officer will coordinate online resources, including ordering stock, verifying payments and dispatching orders.
Using your administrative skills you will take meeting minutes, maintain databases, facilitate venue bookings, order supplies, collate documents and mailouts, respond to telephone enquiries, and assist with audio/visual equipment.

About you (Key Selection Criteria)
To secure this role you will have:
- Tertiary qualifications in any field are highly desirable
- Proven experience in a related role
- Excellent interpersonal and client/customer relations skills
