On the first night of winter, artists, musicians and creatures of the night pulse through a city reawakened. A festival three years in the making, built by and for Melbourne, RISING invites audiences to get lost, go deep and shake loose. A surge of art, music, performance and ceremony in the heart of Melbourne, RISING electrifies the city from 1—12 June 2022.
About the role
RISING is building a team of casual workers to act as the face of the festival for 2022. Available positions span all RISING venues and will include roles such as front of house/guest services, gate and exhibit monitors, sales and ticketing, and team supervisors. We’re looking for individuals interested in creating a positive and memorable experience for festival patrons. We highly value event and hospitality veterans’ experience and warmly welcome those applications. RISING also has available roles for those without industry experience. All you need is an enthusiasm for rejuvenating Melbourne’s arts and music scene.
