About the role
If you are a creative thinker, good listener, have experience in human services and you are tech-curious, you may be the right person to join our team as we grow our social impact and our business.
The company is growing. This new position will work directly with organisations to help implement CSnet® client information systems, promote the value of CSnet to new and existing CSnet organisations and assist organisations to optimise the value they receive from the use of the platform.
In this role, you will be a key contributor in the practice team strategies, under the direction of the Practice Team Lead.
Experience and capacity
The successful candidate will –
- Be enthusiastic, motivated and well organised with the ability to meet on-going deadlines
- Have good analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail and capacity to deliver a high level of accuracy in their work
- Have work or voluntary experience in human services or information technology
- Have demonstrated capacity for written and verbal communications in cross cultural and multi-disciplinary contexts
- Have a capacity to understand database architecture
Completion or progress towards completion of a course of study in social sciences, public policy or administration, or IT related area is preferred.
Main duties
- Provision of support services to CSnet® organisations as directed, including –
- Monitoring of incoming requests for work on CSnet® Online Support
- Analysing business requirements and researching and drafting response options
- Communicating directly with organisations as approved to support relationship and account management
- Testing and documenting of new development features as directed
- Supporting implementation of CSnet® in new organisations, including –
- Following up tasks in an implementation plan
- Documenting business process configuration requirements
- Configuration of organisational databases
- Supporting organisational checking of test database (uat)
- Supporting training strategies as directed.
- Participation in practice team meetings and learning processes.

Remuneration consists of a salary of $70,000 per annum, together with superannuation and leave entitlements. The permanent full-time appointment is subject to completion of a satisfactory probationary period of three months.
The primary location of the role is in the Brisbane CBD office. Subject to health regulations, the role is likely to involve a combination of working with CSnet peers in the office, and working-from-home as negotiated.
Some level of travel within Australia will be expected.
