Head of Corporate Services

Due to the retirement of a cherished long-term leader, our client is searching for a new Head of Corporate Services with a passion for delivering high quality service in a complex sector.  This opportunity allows you to play a key role as part of the Executive Leadership Team in one of Australia’s pre-eminent social service providers.
 
Working with a dynamic CEO, this role contributes to the strategic direction and operations of the organisation.  The position will be responsible for the operational management of the organisation including finance, IT, business support and data analytics.  The role would be particularly suited to someone who has moved from practice or service delivery into corporate services.   

To be successful in this role you will have experience across the following:

• High level management and leadership skills in the not-for-profit sector
• Strategic, considered thinking
• Working with Board reporting
• A demonstrated ability to engage and inspire teams to support high performance
• Working collaboratively with the team and the broader system
• Leading a diverse and decentralised team
• Working from an intersectional feminist framework
• Tertiary qualifications in a function held in the portfolio with post-graduate qualifications in management/leadership highly regarded
