 To anticipate success in this high-profile, wide-ranging position, you will need to come well networked across all levels of government. With connections reaching into all corners of commercial business – along with a personality that opens doors – you should be comfortable getting out and about where it counts.  Importantly, you must bring the soft skills and dexterity to subtly secure positive returns to your organisation through continued social advocacy.

Although secured government funding for the near future and a financially sound base to begin with, building up new and sustainable alternate sources of income is part of the remit. So, you will need to be adept at securing innovative growth opportunities through commercial activities and philanthropic partnerships, while building on prevailing relationships.

This is a dynamic role that is well suited to a passionate, high energy, courageous and entrepreneurial manager with sterling achievements, who can offer steady hands, a keen intellect and a big heart.
