Moorambilla Voices Ltd is an extraordinary, award winning multi-arts development program engaging talented rural and remote children from the Nth West region of NSW. The program has steadily grown in size, style, scope and reach over 17 years. It has a history of innovation and excellence that inspires audiences to imagine the world anew - and see that life is FULL of possibilities.
This area is designated rural / remote, with a high percentage of disadvantaged youth and children due to isolation, lack of facilities and educational opportunities. This project has in any one year 40% indigenous children over the three ensembles and a volunteer supporter base of 100 parents from over 132 schools and 20 LGAs.

About the role
For over 17 years, Moorambilla Voices Ltd has been supporting children and youth to live a life of creative possibilities, through its yearly program of residency camps, tours, recordings, skills development works and now its online Moorambilla magic modules.
We’re searching for a dynamic Arts professional with strong experience leading and managing within the arts. The executive director will lead the delivery of our strategic business, cultural and artistic objectives and recognise the important contribution that our programs make to children from remote and rural Australia. We are seeking an exceptionally motivated, effective, committed, influential and collaborative person to help us achieve our goals and aspirations.
The Executive Director will work closely with the Artistic Director, Chair, Board and staff, across all aspects of the organisation’s creative output and business operations. The successful candidate will play a critical role in shaping the future of the company and sustaining its business environment including stakeholder and relationship management, fundraising, governance, reporting and compliance.
