Reporting to the Director of Public Engagement, the Head of Digital Marketing & Channel Transformation is a strategic and visionary role. Utilising a range of AI tools and data insights, you will be empowered to drive the digital transformational change across the business in line with the Supporter Engagement Framework and CBM’s strategic plan. Leading a small team, you will optimise digital channels to enhance user experience and donor pathways, develop brand and communication strategies, and drive e-commerce, all designed to amplify CBM’s work and reach.

As an internal “digital champion”, you will advocate to introduce digital and social channels to drive awareness, acquisition, engagement, partnership and income generation. Prioritising new acquisition and integrated donor journeys, you will implement strategies with creativity and innovation, together with analytics, insights and an evidence-based approach.

In line with CBM’s Supporter Engagement Framework, you will continually test, learn, embed and evolve. Drawing on your expertise in audience modelling, segmentation, AI and personalisation, you will develop products, sales funnels, communication and engagement, plus ensure payment platforms, website and ICT integrations are “fit for purpose” for positive supporter experience, and CBM’s reporting, intelligence, privacy and compliance requirements.

ABOUT YOU:
•Demonstrated success within Digital Sales & Marketing and/or Fundraising, along with performance in integrated digital channel management, including UX and SEO/SEM
•Experience in data insights, analytics and audience segmentation
•Strong project management (ideally understanding of Agile methodology)
•Commercial acumen, growth mindset and commitment to continuous improvement
•Understanding of Christian faith, and strong alignment to CBM’s values including to strive for justice, champion inclusion, embrace partnership, pursue excellence and live with integrity.
