About ABV

ABV is a team of several hundred Skilled Business Professionals (SBPs) who donate their time, enabled by a small salaried team of international and community development specialists. Together, we work throughout the Asia Pacific region and in Australia to deliver impactful economic and community development programs. Our work is enabled through locally-led partnerships with the private sector. Our highly skilled business volunteers work with expert staff to deliver world-class mentoring and training – strengthening communities through transforming businesses and local economies. Pivoting in response to fire and flood at home in Australia, in recent years we have become a leader in Bushfire Disaster recovery, walking alongside embattled communities to make change happen.

We are energetic and inquisitive. We are hungry to learn new things, engage with our community and do things differently. We explore innovative ideas and test our assumptions.

We deliver with care and attention to detail. Our systems and our way of doing the work hits our KPIs and builds capacity and capability.
