The Opportunity
Lead our Planned Giving Program as we seek to grow the number of bequest commitments to support Monash’s future students and ground breaking research. Leading the University’s bequest strategy you will advise on increasing the number of bequest enquiries the University receives each year, improve the stewardship opportunities offered to our current bequestor community, and identify key target audiences that are most likely to leave a bequest to Monash.
Managing the Planned Giving Manager and the Planned Giving Associate, your development of meaningful relationships with supporters will be key in securing planned gifts from donors and prospects for University-wide priorities. You will take the lead in managing the qualification, solicitation and cultivation of individuals interested in leaving a bequest to Monash.
This position is also responsible for the realisation of estate gifts, managing communication with estate representatives and working collaboratively with faculties on gift implementation.
As a subject matter expert, you will drive marketing and communications which promote planned giving both internally and externally, and be responsible for designing and executing a large-scale supporter survey in 2023.
