Our client is a leading for purpose organisation with an outstanding reputation for delivering services to a broad cross-section of the community. Positioned for strategic growth, and with several options and possibilities before them, this role leads the core enabling functions and provides high-level insight advice and decision support to the Chief Executive, leadership team and Board.
This is a unique opportunity where the breadth and impact of the role will only be limited by the capability, experience, and capacity to contribute of the appointed candidate. Currently undertaking a high-level review of structure to ensure alignment to strategy the functional responsibilities possible for the role are broad and, based on experience and capability could include:
- Finance – financial control, FP&A, payroll
- Information Technology
- Property & Assts (large portfolio)
- Human Resources
Key focus areas will be strategic support of business growth opportunities – organic and inorganic, alignment of functions and operational structures to support delivery of strategy (companywide), change leadership, innovation and efficiency.
This role will suit a dynamic leader who understands the levers of change, who is highly strategic yet pragmatic, with values aligned with a growth mindset. Whilst finance (CA/CPA quals) will be your domain expertise you will have held wider accountability across the corporate functions listed above.
