Due to continued growth, we are looking at welcoming an energised Administrator to join a team of skilled and experienced Specialists who have aligned values, and goals.

As our Administrator, you will love processes and managing workflows from end to end. You will have a strong focus on creating and following processes that have a key connection with the lifecycle of our employees. Below a re the key parts of your role that you will love owning:

• Creating new employee contracts and the own management of our onboarding suite
• Processing probity checks within all states (police checks/WWCC/Blue Card)
• Template creations (PDs, etc)​
• Quarterly report data review and analysis​ in partnership with our Talent Acquisition Lead
• Scheduling Interviews
• Follow up with New Starter IT requirements
• Process recruitment invoices for payment

Other duties as directed from time to time within your skills range and capacity.

About You

Ideally, you are someone that has experience in Recruitment, Talent Acquisition or equivalent. You are eager to join a team where you are respected for your knowledge, your experience, and your desire to build a career.

In return, you will be supported by your Talent Acquisition Manager and the Talent Acquisition Consultants with knowledge and opportunities to develop and grow.

Essential Criteria

• Full working rights in Australia
• Business Administration and/or minimum 2 years’ experience delivering outcomes in a similar role
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Experience working with an HRIS or any HR system
• An ability to work through processes in a systematic and efficient manner
• A high level of time and task management skills
• Exceptional attention to detail and data entry skills
• Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced, with a focus on priorities and outcomes
