Banyule Community Health requires the services of a motivated experienced Coordinator to join our Public Dental Clinic.
This is a great opportunity to work in a professional and supportive team-based environment alongside other experienced Dental Professionals.
Primary responsibilities of this role include full coordination for the Oral Health Program with inclusion to support the Smile Squad Coordinator on day-to-day activities within the Oral Health Program.
We are searching for a highly organized, flexible, and adaptable person, with problem-solving skills, the ability to work cohesively within a multidisciplinary team and communicate effectively with all stakeholders.
Your motivation, interpersonal skills and experience will see you excel in this role as you:
- Coordinate the appointment book and staff roster onsite and outreach programs.
- Coordinate dental consumables, equipment testing & maintenance of the dental clinics and Sterilisation room
- Maintaining clinical environment as per Infection Control and Sterilisation Guidelines and Standards
- Prepare Team specific audits and reports
- Provide dental administration and clinical services as necessary
What you will need:
- Certificate lll in Dental Assisting
- Certificate lV in Sterilisation will be an advantage
- Advanced Titanium Software knowledge
- High level Infection Control and Sterilisation knowledge
- High level Microsoft Office knowledge

Banyule Community Health, located in West Heidelberg operates a large center, offering a range of allied health services, counselling services, medical services and community health and wellbeing activities. Alongside this we operate a modern 9 chair dental clinic as well as providing dental training in collaboration with Melbourne University via a dedicated student chair.
