Our Organisation

The Thriving Queensland Kids Partnership (TQKP) is a coalition and intermediary, instigated and hosted by ARACY - the Australian Research Alliance for Children and Youth - with Queensland partners. TQKP’s purpose is to ‘catalyse systems to change the odds for Queensland children and young people to thrive’.

To achieve this, TQKP is:

  • supporting leaders and catalysts, and
  • facilitating collaborative action, innovation and development

About the role

In this role….

You will proactively and productively lead and facilitate TQKP’s Stronger Workforces initiatives & Brain Builders program

 

About You

  • Relevant undergraduate degree in public health, psychology, behavioural sciences or equivalent
  • Demonstrated experience in planning, implementing and evaluating science and evidence-informed child, youth and family policies, programs, services and/or practices
  • Experience in leading and facilitating partnerships and initiatives with a focus on capacity building, adult learning and / or workforce development
  • Understanding of neurosciences, especially related to child and/or adolescent health, development and wellbeing
  • Understanding of systems change theory and practice.
