Our Organisation
The Thriving Queensland Kids Partnership (TQKP) is a coalition and intermediary, instigated and hosted by ARACY - the Australian Research Alliance for Children and Youth - with Queensland partners. TQKP’s purpose is to ‘catalyse systems to change the odds for Queensland children and young people to thrive’.

About the role
In this role….
You will proactively and productively lead and facilitate TQKP’s Stronger Workforces initiatives & Brain Builders program
About You
- Relevant undergraduate degree in public health, psychology, behavioural sciences or equivalent
- Demonstrated experience in planning, implementing and evaluating science and evidence-informed child, youth and family policies, programs, services and/or practices
- Experience in leading and facilitating partnerships and initiatives with a focus on capacity building, adult learning and / or workforce development
- Understanding of neurosciences, especially related to child and/or adolescent health, development and wellbeing
- Understanding of systems change theory and practice.
