Every year Anglicare Victoria supports thousands of families, children and young people in out of home care. We run a Toy Appeal where people can donate gifts that can be distributed to these families so no child is left without at Christmas.

About the role

  • Short term contract August 2022 to February 2023
  • Sourcing, cataloguing and distributing donated in-kind goods
  • Stock control, data collection and inventory system management

 

Your role:

You will join the largest provider of children and families services in Victoria where you will develop and implement inventory systems, undertake product market comparisons and costing, as well as identify goods most suitable to the demographic we support and then dispatch gifts throughout the organisation.

 

Who are we looking for?

  • Experience receipting, invoicing and purchasing products
  • A desire to support our communities most vulnerable
  • Knowledge of inventory control and shipping
  • Someone self-driven who can deliver this project working on their own initiative
  • Experience in warehouse and logistics (desirable)
