About the role
Donor Database Coordinator
Guide Dogs Victoria has a part time, permanent opportunity for an experienced professional to join our Fundraising Centre of Excellence team, in the position of Donor Database Coordinator.
In this role you will be responsible to:
- Assist with the maintenance, integrity and reporting of an accurate donor database;
- Extract and prepare data for campaigns with strong attention to data accuracy;
- Daily reporting to the Fundraising Manager for each campaign ensuring to monitor targets and identify poor performing and non-responsive donors and campaigns;
- Managing the import and export of leads and data into the SalesForce platform;
- Assist the Fundraising and Finance teams to continually improve processes for capturing, recording and updating data.
The successful candidate will have:
- Skills and experience working with relationship management systems/databases.
- Experience in Salesforce system desirable;
- High competency in data entry with a high level of accuracy and speed; • Strong administration skills with excellent attention to detail, and Microsoft Office experience;
- A strong client and customer focus and a commitment to person centered service practices;
- A commitment to live the values and behaviours of Guide Dogs Victoria; and
- A strong alignment with the vision of Guide Dogs Victoria in delivering independence to people who are blind or have low vision.
