For over 90 years, The Cram Foundation have provided around-the-clock support to people with a disability through independent living and supported disability accommodation. Their vision is to ensure people with a disability live their best life.

The last 4 years have seen Cram grow significantly and expand their services. Growing and improving is hard work, but Cram are determined to raise the bar – and deliver the highest standards of person-centred quality care for our participants. They are equally determined to ensure our wonderful staff operate in a safe, protected and caring environment.

To help enable their vision, Cram have created a new executive role that combines Operations and Strategy.

The Executive Manager, Home & Living Services will manage the day-to-day operations in line with the NDIS Quality and Safeguarding Framework and deliver strategic initiatives that enhance Operational Excellence, Quality & Commercial Management.

It’s a big role that suits a conspicuous leader and culture builder. A person with a human services pedigree and capacity to switch focus between managing BAU and devising strategies. A person who can solve complex problems and help guide us through change.
