About the role
· Part time (0.8 FTE) to Full time (1.0 FTE)
· Fixed Term Contract for 12 months (with opportunities to extend)
· Brisbane or Melbourne based, with appropriate work-from-home allowances

The Consultant will work closely with the GoodWolf team and our clients providing their insights, research, knowledge and resources on key projects across our client portfolio.
Key responsibilities include:
· Conducting research and due diligence for a diverse range of projects
· End-to-end project management (including administrative functions, planning, strategy, delivery, analysis, research, reporting, etc)
· Developing insights for content, workshops, evaluations, and tailored programs
· Supporting the development of actionable and practical solutions and recommendations for impact
· Supporting client report coordination including data, infographics, findings, recommendations, implementation plans, etc..(almost predominantly in PowerPoint)
· Assessing and responding to client requests and project needs
· Supporting project briefs
· Contributing to day-to-day operations
· Building networks and connections for collaboration and to enhance knowledge
· Representing GoodWolf in the sector
To be successful, you will have:
· Relevant tertiary qualifications in Business, Finance and/or Social Impact or Sustainability qualifications highly regarded
· Some relevant management consulting experience, either as an independent or as part of a corporate or for purpose organisation
· Knowledge of the for-purpose sector
· Strong commercial acumen and financial literacy
· Ability to research, decipher, analyse, and present complex information, ideas and concepts
· Strong problem solving and analytical skills
· Experience in coordinating workshops
· Excellent time management and organisational skills
· Curiosity and a growth mindset
· Sound communication and presentation skills
· Ability to think creatively, outside the box and from different perspectives
· Strong stakeholder engagement skills
· High level of competence in using Microsoft Office programs (in particular PowerPoint, and including Word, Excel, Teams, Outlook)
