Business Services Manager

Working as part of a dynamic Executive Leadership Team, the Business Services Manager is responsible for the strategic and operational leadership and support for YFS’ Human Resources, Finance, Information Technology, Property, Resource and Facilities Management; Compliance and Accreditation, Governance and Administrative support functions. 

To be successful in this role you will have experience and be able to demonstrate the following:

• High level management and leadership skills in the not-for-profit sector
• Strategic thinking combined with practical problem solving
• Effective Board reporting
• Preparedness to take a hands-on approach in delivering the corporate functions when needed
• Business and financial analytical skills
• A demonstrated ability to engage and inspire teams to support high performance
• Tertiary qualifications in a function held in the portfolio with post-graduate qualifications in management/leadership highly regarded.
