About the role
The Finance Manager works with the Co-CEOs to generate the best financial results for Malthouse Theatre within the artistic framework developed by the Artistic Director and the company’s Strategic Plan. The Finance Manager leads the Finance and Administration team, managing two direct reports to provide a range of services with the underlying objective of facilitating the artistic process within the not-for-profit regulatory environment.

About you
This role would suit an established professional who can demonstrate accounting and financial management skills in a not-for-profit environment. CA/CPA qualifications are highly desirable for this role, as is demonstrated experience in managing stakeholder relationships both internal (Board of Directors, senior leadership) and external (funding, governance, and regulatory bodies).
This is a full-time position based at The Malthouse in Melbourne/Naarm, Victoria.
