Chief Executive Officer – OnTalent

We are seeking interest from experienced Chief Executive candidates, or Senior Executives who have led transformational strategic change in a large, multi-state organisation in the business of delivering human services outcomes across aged care, seniors living, families and young people.

Deeply mission and purpose-based, the organisation is founded on Christian faith.  In order to deliver on missional goals, the operational and service delivery aspects of the business must be run commercially and effectively in a complex, regulated environment.  The Board recognises that this requires innovation, strategic alignment, financial sustainability and performance, astute asset management and investment and sometimes divestment and reconfiguration.

Essential to success in this role will be demonstrated experience at Chief Executive or Executive General Manager/ COO level driving change, transformation and the delivery of commercial outcomes in large human services organisations ($200-$500m t/o +).  On a personal note, alignment with the mission, purpose and values of the organisation and its founding principles will be essential.

Ideally, this process will be completed before the Christmas break, but, likely, interviews won’t occur until the end of January – therefore, please don’t let the upcoming holiday period deter your application.
