The Role
In this newly created role, you will work closely with the Fundraising and Engagement Manager and wider corporate services team to support the development and implementation of traditional and contemporary fundraising strategies across all fundraising streams. You’ll ensure the coordination and delivery of fundraising and marketing activities including:
- Working with an external agency to implement and deliver a lottery framework
- Analysis and reporting of fundraising activity and campaign performance
- Supporting PCYC clubs with fundraising activities
- Overseeing the management and maintenance of the fundraising database
Skills Required
You are a confident fundraising and/or marketing professional with established experience in a similar role ideally within the NFP space. Key to your success will be your understanding of donor and customer journeys, including the ability to manage day-to-day a newly established lottery program alongside an external agency, together with experience cultivating donor relationships.
Additionally, you have:
- Demonstrated experience managing the delivery of fundraising activities and campaigns
- Highly developed communication, interpersonal, writing and stakeholder management skills
- A current driver’s licence and eligibility for a QLD Working with Children Check
