The Role
  
Due to expansion within the Marketing Team, PCYC Queensland require two Senior Marketing Digital & Events Officers to coordinate and support the delivery of the organisation’s marketing requirements across separate business units.
  
You will coordinate and execute key marketing campaigns through print and digital channels and arrange the design work schedule and project plans across the marketing team. You will contribute to marketing, media, communications, and fundraising deliverables including digital support for online, fundraising and signature events and campaigns.
  
Strong stakeholder management skills are critical as the role engages with key internal professional stakeholders to develop and implement integrated, multi-channel campaigns.
  
Specifically you will:

  • Develop strategies to promote PCYC Queensland’s commercial products and social delivery programs
  • Plan and implement and evaluate marketing activities across multiple channels
  • Develop content, implement and monitor print and digital campaigns
  • Oversee day-to-day publishing and scheduling of web, social media and wider digital content
  • Ensure all creative, print and digital, assets are current and in line with the brand and target audience

Skills Required
  
You are a well-rounded marketing professional with experience in a not-for-profit or agency environment. Key to your success will be your ability to manage creative design processes and schedules, as well as your experience managing end-to-end production including liaison with printers and suppliers and working within a fast-paced environment.
  
You will possess a strong knowledge of digital marketing practices and applications including WordPress, management of social media channels, scheduling tools and analytics. Additionally, you have:

  • Excellent time management skills with a focus on meeting deadlines
  • Has proven ability to manage externally targeted content for several different audiences
  • The ability to manage expectations from multiple stakeholders with conflicting objectives
  • Ability to undertake regular travel to various PCYC Queensland clubs
  • A current driver’s licence and eligibility for a QLD Working with Children Check
