Working in collaboration with the Board, reporting to the CEO and as part of the Senior Leadership Team, this is an influential and rewarding leadership role. Through a balance of strategy, operational strength and clinical governance, the role will lead the organisation’s clinical team to ensure that exceptional quality residential aged care is delivered to Benevolent residents. This is a pivotal role in shaping the clinical and strategic direction of the organisation leading a team of clinicians in driving continuous improvement and innovation while maximising resident experience.

We would anticipate that your professional leadership and understanding of regulatory and quality frameworks has been gained in the aged care sector and is underpinned by your status as a registered nurse.  You will have a proven leadership style that fosters collaboration, inclusiveness and motivates a team of professional and committed staff. High level emotional intelligence, interpersonal and communication skills will be essential for your success.
