About the role

We’re seeking a dynamic individual to fill the role of Executive Assistant to support our National Director (CEO) and Board.

Based in Sydney, this is a part time role at 0.6 FTE, and can be tailored to suit flexible working hours across the week, with hybrid working from our CBD office and home.  

As Executive Assistant, you’ll play a key role in our operations, providing invaluable administrative, tactical, and logistical support to our National Director, Board, and Committees. From managing diaries, coordinating travel, arranging events and meetings, no two days will be the same as you navigate engagements with Australian stakeholders, international partners, and governance functions.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE:

  • Comprehensive executive assistance to our National Director
  • Secretariat support for our Board and Committees
  • Office management and HR support, fostering a dynamic and inclusive workplace culture
