Director Strategic Development and Impact

Reporting to the CEO, and as a member of the Senior Leadership Team, we are seeking a dynamic leader to join the team as the Director of Strategic Development and Impact.  The Director will play a critical role in shaping True’s strategic direction, driving sustainable growth, and maximising the organisation’s social impact. 

Key areas of responsibility include leading the integration of counselling, education, and community projects teams to ensure quality service delivery outcomes and impact.  Leading the development and execution of strategic partnerships, new funding models and income streams while overseeing brand management, strategic marketing and communications initiatives are also critical aspects of this role.  Importantly, there is a focus on fostering and nurturing relationships with funders, government departments and external agencies in order to drive business development and income generation strategies to contribute to the long-term financial sustainability of the organisation. 

The successful candidate will bring proven strategic leadership experience, and success in developing initiatives to meet organisational goals, coupled with a track record of client relationship management and growth of income streams. We anticipate that your experience would be underpinned by tertiary qualifications in human services, public health, business management or communications.
