Thorne Harbour Health (THH) is an LGBTIQ+ community-controlled health organisation, governed by our members, and working for the communities we serve. Combining passion, commitment, and activism, THH aims to improve the health, social and emotional well-being of LGBTIQ+ communities and those living with, or affected by, HIV. THH is Australia’s oldest LGBTIQ+ and HIV organisation, having celebrated its 40th anniversary in 2023. THH operates in Victoria and South Australia.

About the role

Following an internal restructure, THH is seeking an ethical, highly motivated individual to oversee our Therapeutic Services for clients in Victoria. You will be an agile, quality and client focused operational driver with significant health services management experience and have a tertiary qualification in an appropriate discipline.

The role reports to the CEO and is vital in the delivery of Victoria’s HIV and LGBTIQ health services. The Director will represent THH at state and national level, lead service and policy development, maintain relationships with key stakeholders and advocate for the needs of LGBTIQ+ communities and people living with HIV.
