About the role

  • Base rate -VECTEA depending on qualification + casual loading.
About the role

Whether you are an experienced Early Childhood Educator seeking flexibility with your hours or recently qualified and looking to grow your skills and experience – we can support you.

We are now looking to build our team of casual Educators for our Kindergarten services in North East Melbourne. Help us to deliver early learning programs that support local communities and provide high-quality education and care to children.

In addition to receiving a base hourly rate, depending on qualification + casual loading, you can increase your take-home pay by accessing salary packaging benefits for living expenses such as groceries, bills, clothing, streaming services, and much more.

You can access a 10% discount on the childcare subsidy gap fee when using a Uniting Early Learning service or centre and we also offer a 25% discount off donated goods at Uniting Op shops.

About you

We are looking for motivated self-starters who like using their initiative and feel confident to work in a new team and work environment.

You will hold an early childhood qualification and be available for shifts between Monday to Friday, 8:00 am to 5:00 pm.
