Driven by our vision that people of all abilities can actively participate as valued members of our society, Kyeema is a dynamic and growing disability services organisation with a history of serving the communities of South West Victoria for over 50 years. 

As our current CEO retires, we seek to recruit a values-driven, strategic CEO with strong commercial acumen and analytical capability who can lead Kyeema in its next phase.  With a brief to drive ongoing vibrancy, growth and sustainability, the CEO will work with the Board to champion the advancement of accessible and inclusive human services in a stunning regional setting.

Based in Portland, employing over 100 staff, we provide a breadth of services to over 250 participants, including supported employment, home care, housing, day programs and support coordination.
