About the role

Western Regional Coordinator

  • Salary: $87,000 – $91,000 pro rata (depending on experience), plus attractive salary package and 11.5% super.
  • Leave: 5 weeks annual leave.
  • Environment: Friendly and flexible working environment.

Position Summary

An exciting opportunity exists for an experienced and dynamic Western Regional Coordinator to join our organisation. This position is critical in liaising with key stakeholders, managing participant referrals, and supporting the growth of the Ballarat region.

This is a part-time position (30.4 hours per week) that suits an experienced individual with strong skills in community development, administration, and stakeholder engagement. The role includes developing effective partnerships, conducting holistic assessments, and ensuring administrative efficiency.

The successful candidate will have the following:

  • Experience in community development or a related field.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Proficiency in administrative tasks and data management.
  • Understanding of and commitment to social justice, equal opportunity, and community-oriented workplaces.

Experience within the community sector and/or mental health will be well regarded.
