Working closely with our small, dynamic team, you’ll assist in implementing key initiatives, including our Reconciliation Action Plan, and help drive our community engagement activities. This role offers you the opportunity to develop and expand your administrative and project management skills, while also helping to shape the firm’s pro bono and responsible business strategy.
The role is based in our Sydney office working part-time, 4 days per week.

- Coordinate internal and external communications related to pro bono and community activities
- Develop excellent working relationships with internal and external clients
- Assist with travel bookings, expense management, and report preparation
- Participate in ad hoc projects and tasks as directed
About you:
We’re looking for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, is highly organised, and has a genuine passion for social justice. You’ll need to juggle competing priorities while maintaining high attention to detail, and you should be a strong communicator who can work autonomously but also collaborate well with the team.
To succeed in this role, you’ll need:
- Strong organisational and project management skills
- The ability to manage a busy workload, prioritise tasks, and meet deadlines
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
