TeamHEALTH has been a cornerstone of mental health services in the Northern Territory for over 30 years, providing a broad range of recovery-focused support. It offers innovative, evidence-based services across psychosocial rehabilitation, community outreach, community housing, NDIS and aged care.

The role

As Chief Executive Officer, you will lead and shape the strategic direction of TeamHEALTH, ensuring its continued growth and sustainability. Reporting to the Board, you will oversee a diverse portfolio of services, cultivate key partnerships, and spearhead initiatives to expand the organisation’s strategic initiatives.  This role is ideal for an experienced strategic leader with a passion for community well-being and mental health advocacy, who is ready to drive innovation, foster collaboration, and lead a high-performing team. The position offers a unique chance to influence mental health outcomes while navigating the dynamic landscape of NDIS services, ensuring that TeamHEALTH remains a leading provider in the region.
