We are delighted to offer a pivotal role within our organisation as we continue to strive to deliver our strategy of ‘Delivering What Works.’
This opportunity is a 10-month parental leave contract, offering a unique change to make a significant impact in a fixed-term capacity.
If you have a passion for building technical training programs from the ground up, driving continuous improvement through the design and delivery of high-quality training across multiple technology platforms, this role is for you!
The Technical Trainer position is a key support role that will drive organisational excellence, nurture skill development and champion positive change.
What you will do:
- Promote a culture of continuous improvement by implementing standarised, high-quality training across all organisation levels.
- Conduct Training Needs Analyses to identify gaps and improvement opportunities.
- Assist in change management activities to facilitate organisational change.
- Develop and update training materials aligned with learning objectives.
- Enhance data quality to support better business analysis and evidence-based decision-making.
- Develop, maintain, and deliver high-quality training programs.
- Deliver training through various methods including online platforms, face-to-face sessions, videos etc.
Who you are:
- You build relationships and foster connections at all levels.
- You’re a clear communicator both in writing and verbally, with the ability to translate complex information in a way that is easily understood.
- You’re a creative thinker with the aptitude to identify learning needs and adjust your approach.
- You’re proficient in learning techniques and methodologies, with a focus on Training Needs Analyses.
- You’re familiar with change management methodologies.
- You’re organised and skilled in deploying training techniques and tools to plan, monitor, and evaluate training effectively.
What you need:
- Certificate IV in Training and Assessment
- At least two years’ experience in a similar role
- Experience with Microsoft Dynamics365 (desirable)
- Experience with e-learning authoring tools (desirable)
