What’s the gig?
As Fundraising Data Coordinator, you will play a key role in maintaining data integrity across all fundraising initiatives. Collaborating with team members across the high-performing Fundraising Directorate, you will support the successful delivery of major campaigns including ACF’s annual Giving Day, Tax Appeal, Supporter Survey, and other strategic activities.
About you!
You believe in the power of data to drive change and take pride in managing it with care, accuracy, and integrity. You are solution focused and stay up to date with best practice to ensure we are ahead of the curve when it comes to data management.
You’re comfortable with tools like CRMs, Excel, and Power BI – and you love using them to uncover insights that can support decision making.
You’re a thoughtful communicator who builds strong relationships across teams and with external stakeholders. You know how to communicate with those in both technical and non-technical roles. Translating technical jargon into easy-to-understand language is your special skill.
You notice the little things others might miss and are always looking for ways to make systems smarter and more efficient.
You’re proactive, dependable, and thrive when juggling priorities – especially when it means helping your team succeed.
