About the role

What’s the gig?

Due to the imminent arrival of a baby, we are looking for a fantastic fundraising professional to join our team in September and focus on developing and executing our established Regular Giving program. You’ll be responsible for managing ongoing programs to recruit, retain, and develop donors who support the EarthVoice monthly giving program, as well as work on new and exciting opportunities to grow the portfolio further. About you!

You’re self-motivated and can demonstrate high levels of initiative, autonomy, and accountability. Having previous experience and success in a regular giving, individual giving or direct marketing role, you understand what it takes to recruit, inspire and retain regular giving donors. You are data-driven and make decisions based on evidence. You understand and can translate complex acquisition and retention data, with the confidence to report back to senior management.

You have experience developing and delivering successful digital acquisition programs with large budgets, and bonus points if you have direct experience working with social media platforms.

Why work with us?

You’ll do important work with one of Australia’s most impactful organisations, and with our world-class organisational culture and great team, we guarantee you’ll have fun along the way.
