About the organisation
The Ethics Centre is a unique Australian-based not-for-profit organisation that works to bring ethics to the centre of everyday life. We help individuals and organisations navigate complex ethical issues and engage the public through initiatives such as the Festival of Dangerous Ideas (FODI).
About the role
We’re seeking a proactive Engagement Coordinator to help promote The Ethics Centre’s brand, content and programs. You’ll manage digital engagement across social media, email and web, maintain audience databases, and support campaigns and events that increase awareness of ethics in society.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate content across social media, email and website
- Support digital campaigns and media activity
- Manage CRM data, reporting and audience insights
- Provide design and content support (eg Canva or Adobe Suite)
- Assist with event promotion and delivery
About You
- Degree in Communications, Marketing or related field
- 2+ years’ experience in a similar role
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Experience with CRMs (eg Salesforce) and email marketing tools
- Familiarity with WordPress, SEO and digital analytics
- Highly organised, detail-focused and collaborative
- An interest in ethics and public engagement
