About the role
The Hamodava Café is a welcoming venue providing breakfast, lunch, coffee and tea, as well as support to people from all walks of life, especially those living on the margins of society. Hamodava Cafe’s primary purpose is about building relationships with people and developing a strong sense of belonging and acceptance for all and to assist them out of their current state of homelessness. The Hamodava Cafe operates from 8.15am to 2pm, Monday-Friday.
Position: The Café is looking for positive, friendly people that are accepting of all people to assist in making the Hamodava Café a warm and welcoming place by chatting to those who walk through it’s doors, taking café orders, serving food and beverages to Melbourne’s homeless and disadvantaged community.
