With one of the highest rates of deforestation in the world, Malawi’s wildlife are losing their natural habitats and homes. Our partner are the first and only organisation dedicated to animal welfare and creating a culture of animal care, compassion and conservation in the country and are based in the nation’s capital, Lilongwe.

In recent years, the organisation has grown considerably however their accounting knowledge and practise is in need of being brought up to speed.

Your role will be to conduct an internal review of their current systems, procedures and controls and start to implement recommendations whilst support closing their books and setting up 2018/19 accounts. You will also offer support and mentoring to their newly appointed Accounts Manager.
