About the role
INCH Housing Inc. is a not-for-profit community housing organisation since 1991.
INCH Housing Inc is seeking volunteers to become a member of INCH’s Board’s Certification and Risk (CAR) Sub Committee.
INCH is hosting a Volunteer Information Evening on Tuesday 27th February, 2018 in Mitchelton at 6pm. If interested, please email for further details.
Your volunteer role in the CAR will be to work on in at least one working group. Your working group will be allocated select tasks, these can be completed alone or with other members. There are various levels of support available within the CAR. You will have access and support from a BSC task team leader and involvement with the CAR Chairperson, Secretary, CEO and other members.
Some of the 2018 Goals are:
– Research for consideration of a Risk Matrix framework
– Develop new draft policies and procedures
– Undertake 2 x internal compliance audits
– Review and update of some policies and management plans
– Review INCH’s external insurance policies
– Review of WHS reports
