Unique team looking for management / accounting support

You can have a big impact on our unique team! We are looking for a savvy managment consulting whiz to support our small team in West Africa. This would suit someone who is eager to make a big difference in a non-profit ‘start up’ space, especially those that are interested in learning about a unique operating environment.

We need someone to help support a critical review of some of our key organisational operating policies, including: finance policy,  accounting manual, HR policy, HR manual, annual financial reporting template, consultant contracts template. We also need support in developing: financial compliance training, performance management approach.

We envision remote support interspersed with some brief Skype calls. If we find a good fit, we would be open to adding in some coaching and training, if the individual were interested.
