About the role
An exciting voluntary opportunity exists for an experienced professional to provide strong leadership, governance and strategic direction to an organisation which has recently consolidated its operations and is looking to leverage its new structure to grow. Attending and actively contributing to board meetings, sub committees and other ad hoc projects are essential requirements of this role. The CA board currently consists of regional and independent directors appointed for a period of three years. The Board currently meets every 2 months; alternating between face to face meetings in Sydney on Saturdays and teleconferences on week nights. Reasonable expenses (i.e. travel and accommodation) are reimbursed.
