About the role

iPrep provides a framework for organising a mock interview program for students from year 9 to year 12. Stride staff coordinate volunteers who are screened, trained and Police Checked to conduct 10 minute interviews with individual students at the school. 

The IPREP program provides a framework for organising a mock interview program for students from year 9 to year 12.  Stride staff coordinate volunteers who are screened, trained and Police Checked to conduct 10 minute interviews with individual students at the school.

iPrep volunteers provide a 1- to-1 mock job interview which helps young people prepare for the world of work. Training, materials and ongoing support are provided.

Volunteers require a current Working with Childrens Check and Crimcheck (completed through Stride Education at no cost). Given the current Government restrictions in regard to COVID-19 vaccinations, if the iPreps take place on site at the school, volunteers will be required to show their COVID-19 vaccine certificate.
 
The position is very flexible, volunteers only opt in for the day/times they’re available.

These are facilitated over a full day, half-day, or 2-hour period.

In addition, we work closely with schools and educational organisations to tailor-build programs to suit specific student needs and budget requirements.
