About the role
As an Ordering Manager you will be responsible for:
• Confirming grocery selection and pricing lists for each IGA every Tuesday fortnight ahead of the Saturday deliveries. This will require coordination and liaising with the IGA store managers and Care Package Program Manager. Grocery selections and pricing are to be within the designated budget;
• Confirming inclusion of any specials and/or replacement product items;
• Ensuring invoices are received from each IGA and paid by the Treasurer;
• Forward any receipts to the Treasurer.
