About the role
We are seeking a skilled volunteer to support our organisations Monday.com CRM Setup for our Indigenous-owned social enterprise operating in the circular economy. As a specialist, your primary responsibility will be to utilise your expertise in the Monday.com Customer Relationship Management tool to establish and enhance our client relationship processes.
Key responsibilities include implementing, customising, and maintaining the Monday.com CRM platform to facilitate seamless communication, optimise workflow, and elevate customer experiences. Your collaborative efforts with cross-functional teams will be essential in strategically deploying Monday.com to foster customer engagement, satisfaction, and overall business success within our circular economy initiatives.
