About the role
Imagine the freedom of having a driver’s license, the ability to get to work, attend school, or simply be part of the community. Sadly, for many, this goal feels out of reach. That’s where you come in.
Donate 2 Drive LTD is looking for compassionate, experienced driving mentors who want to make a real difference in people’s lives. By volunteering just a few hours a week, you’ll help learners gain the necessary driving experience to achieve their license, opening doors to education, employment, and a brighter future.
We provide a fully insured vehicle, so all you need to bring is your time, patience, and willingness to help someone gain confidence on the road.
We are currently seeking volunteers for:
Monday & Thursday – Hampton Park
Tuesday – Mulgrave
Friday – Manor Lakes
Your support can change lives, giving someone the independence they need to thrive. Flexible hours are available and wellbeing support is provided.
About the organisation
Donate 2 Drive LTD is a not-for-profit organisation dedicated to empowering learner drivers and building confidence on the road. We believe that obtaining a driver’s license isn’t just about driving, it’s about independence, opportunity, and safety.
Our free service ensures that individuals, regardless of their background, age, or circumstances can access the support, education, and mentorship they need to become safe, responsible, and respectful drivers.
Through our tailored approach, we provide:
Supervised driving lessons
Road safety education to build knowledge and awareness
Wellbeing support, ensuring participants feel empowered and confident behind the wheel
Our vision is simple: to help as many people as possible gain the skills, knowledge, and confidence to be safe and respectful drivers. By breaking down financial and social barriers, we’re not just teaching people to drive, we are giving them the keys to independence, employment, and a brighter future.
