About the role
Job Purpose:
The primary function of this role is to support Seaside Scavenge (SS) in delivering its digital marketing & media strategy. We are looking for someone with engaging writing skills who shares a passion for protecting our environment and is willing to help us with our blog content, press releases, social media posts, email copy and more.
Candidate Profile:
If you love writing and would like to put your skills towards helping a great cause, then this volunteer role could be right up your alley. The ideal candidate would be familiar with digital media and advertising, be confident to work independently and have an interest in the topic of marine pollution, the issues with single-use plastic and the fast-fashion industry. We are looking for someone who can dedicate 2-3 hours a week and commit for at least 3-6 months (with an option to carry on beyond that).
