Director – Aged Care

Expressions of interest are invited for two new directors to join the board of CaSPA Care.

We are an independent community based not for profit organisation operating two quality residential aged care homes: Emerald Hill Residence, in South Melbourne and South Port Home, in Albert Park.

Our mission is to deliver a range of services, accommodation and care to the frail elderly in the City of Port Phillip, upholding a resident’s independence and quality of life; providing dignity and wellbeing to residents through recognition of their individual social, health, emotional, intellectual and cultural needs, whilst providing a friendly, safe and secure environment, underpinned by an organization which excels through learning, continuous improvement and fostering the skills of staff.

Aged Care service delivery is very dynamic and CaSPA Care plans to expand the depth and breadth of its services. With an exciting future ahead, we are seeking two new directors to join our board. You will reside or work in the City of Port Phillip and have the skills, capability and willingness to contribute at a strategic level and be passionate about being involved with a community focused organisation. A background in either clinical care and governance, or, marketing and communications, is required.
